Prophylaxis (disease prevention) is most important in our pratice.
It is due to well instructed individual dental care that most dental diseases like caries and periodontitis can be prevented.
Proper prophylaxis includes e.g. good nutrition, fluoridation, fissure sealing and professional dental cleanings. The latter is the most essential condition in caretaking of grown-up teeth. These give you 15-20 years longer with your own teeth!
